THE KNOWING

I'm done here
Vermont is driving me mad. In sort of a good way. I put in soem work for an art hop in september, and have been spending too much time in a darkroom considering it's sunny and beautiful out on the daily. Been thinkin bout where to plant my roots next. My bro gave me this advice.
"Of all the people I know who had no idea what exactly they wanted to do after college, which is about 99%, those who just went somewhere and started doing things are far and away the happiest people. Traveling the world will come to you when it's been well earned, and believe me, you'll be much more gung ho about it then, and it doesn't really matter wehre you go as long as you know some people who can keep you out of that void where you don't know anyone and have no place to start."

It's a rough paraphrasing of his wisdom, but him being my brother it makes sense. So fuck it, I'm gonna move to portland this fall. It's time to bring some scrilla to a new table. Also Conlin still has my laptop charger, by no fault of his, so it'll be like I won something when I get there. Now, who need a roomie. I' have lots of sweet stuff and I plan on stealing much more from my parents before I leave here.

Still kicking...
Guten Tag folks, just reporting in from Porto, Portugal. Should be in Lisbon by the afternoon... Thus far Berlin´s been my favourite, I´m glad I´ll be returning for a few more days. Lotsa bikes there, even seen a few fixers scootin around but cobblestone leads most to pick 3speed cruisers or some gross mountain bikes. Even saw some crazy ass setup involving full suspension and some 700x23cs which blew my mind. Got to ride around on a big ass 3speed for 2 days which was great except for my bum knee, but lots of kroogs and schnitzel made me forget it. The beer really is just plain better there. And it comes in half liters. Hope all´s well with you folks out there in good ol North America, give it my best, I know it misses me.

Sly Fox

Despite the hotness of Lil' weezy's latest joints BLOWING UP around town (seriously, the club lost its mind last night for a millie) there's still some conscious shit droppin. Nas always comes correct on his diss tracks. This one is on point, call out is perhaps a bit ambitious, but is nice and current/super topical.

Watch what you watchin (cept AKMD)
